We offer comprehensive services, including visa applications, flight ticketing, and hotel reservations through our trusted professional partners. However, clients are also welcome to manage their own bookings if they prefer.
Absolutely. Travelers of all ages are welcome. Please inform our team of any dietary requirements or health restrictions in advance so we can make the necessary preparations. For certain health conditions, a "Fit to Fly" medical certificate may be required.
We generally recommend contacting us at least two months in advance. This allows our team sufficient time to meticulously research accommodations, dining options, entry requirements, and other logistical details for your custom itinerary. However, we can also accommodate urgent requests depending on the timeline. Regarding payment, once the itinerary and quotation are approved, a 50% deposit is required, with the remaining balance due at least 10 days prior to departure.
