Hi, I’m Kaarn. I may not define myself as a traditional professional photographer, but rather a passionate traveler who loves capturing the memories of this world through my camera. For me, photography is more than just a profession—it is the driving force that inspires me to travel, seek out new perspectives, and preserve the fleeting beauty of every place I visit.
My work focuses primarily on landscape and travel photography. With my trusty Sony camera, I gladly take the time to wait for the perfect light, capturing the beauty in front of me as best as nature allows in that moment. Whether it is the glaciers of Iceland, the vibrant autumn colors in Japan, or the grandeur of other remote lands, I strive to capture the scene to the best of my ability. I truly believe in the perfection that nature offers us in the moment, without the need for heavy manipulation.
This love for travel and photography led me to found “Beyond Journey,” a boutique tour company specializing in small-group and private trips. My team and I personally manage every detail of the journey, acting as your tour leaders and private photographers. My goal is to provide a flexible travel experience that truly immerses you in the beauty of each destination, ensuring you return home with unforgettable memories and stunning photographs.
